Grants are available for: Boiler Installation, Electric Storage Heaters, Loft Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation and Solid Wall Insulation. Grants for first time Central Heating installations are also availabe.

In order to benefit from the ECO4 Scheme you must own your own home or have the permission of your landlord, including if your property is owned by a social housing provider or a management company.

Unfortunately the ECO4 does not cover anyone who lives in either a Council or Housing Association type of property

Faulty Electric Storage Heaters that are more than ten years old or if found to be faulty can be replaced under the government's ECO4 scheme, which would then enable them to operate to the ‘Economy 7’ tariff.
